2023 IEEE ITSS R8 Chapters Meeting - Berlin
From 30 November to 1 December, the 2023 IEEE ITSS R8 Chapters Meeting was held in Berlin, annual meeting of all European chapters working in Inteligent Trasportation Systems (ITS). In particular, the DAiSY Lab attracted great interest with two posters entitled:
- "On the presence of Autonomous Connected Vehicles Platoon Under DoS Attacks: a predictor-based sampled date control"
- "The Full Autonomous Racing Car of UniNa Corse: Design and Validation"
While the first poster focus on distributed control for a platoon of vehicles, presenting an innovativve control logic capable to control the vehicle dynamics even in the presence of DoS attacks, the second focus on the autonomous system installed on the single-seater of the Federico II University racing team, UniNa Corse, analyzing in detail the algorithms used and focusing on the processes of sensor fusion,fault detection, SLAM and MPC.
